There are many parking locations in Waikīkī that may have special flat rates for the weekend and nights, but rates and hours vary. Please call the parking lot/garage for their current rates: Aston at the Waikiki Banyan, Hale Koa Hotel, Honolulu Zoo, Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach, International Market Place, Outrigger Waikīkī Paradise Hotel, Royal Hawaiian Center, Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, The Twin Fin Hotel, Waikiki Parking Garage (Ross Dress for Less), Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, Waikiki Beach Walk, Waikiki Shopping Plaza.

Road Closure information can be found at the city’s Department of Transportation Services website by clicking here
Street Closures and openings are controlled by the Department of Transportation Services and the Honolulu Police Departments. The following road closure arrangements are requested but not guaranteed:
–Kalākaua Ave. road closure 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m from Seaside Ave. To Uluniu Ave.
–Roads re–open per HPD assessment
Pan–Pacific Parade:
–Kalākaua Ave. road closure 4:00 p.m. from Kalākaua Ave. to Monsarrat Ave.
–Roads reopen per HPD assessment
The festival almost always falls on the 2nd weekend of June. The Hoʻolauleʻa (block party) always happens on Friday, and the Parade is on Sunday.
