The Pan-Pacific Festival Foundation’s mission is to encourage intercultural friendship. understanding. and cultural exchange experiences through the Pan-Pacific Festival events and other related events.

Since the start of the first festival in 1980, from introducing the traditional culture of japan to Hawaii, the festival has evolved to include the cultures of the entire Pacific region into an international festival. The Pan-Pacific Festival, originally known as Matsuri in Hawaii, is one of the longest running festivals in Hawaii and is held annually in June with a brief pause during the pandemic

All Pan-Pacific Festival events are free and open to the public and hope the community and visitors will continue to enjoy the events for years to come.
